Dr Veronica Nonyelum Okechukwu is from Umudunu Village, Awka Etiti, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria.

She holds A Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), in Guidance and Counselling/Psychology,

Master of Education, in Guidance and Counselling/Psychology (M.Ed. Psy) and

 Bachelor of Science, Education, Biological Sciences, (B.Sc. Ed).

ALL FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS, AKOKA, LAGOS.

She is a voluntarily retired Teacher of Lagos State Post Primary Teaching Service Commission. She is a Senior Special Assistant to HE Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State, on Political Matters.

She is a member of so many Organizations and has been honored with many Awards.

She is married, with Five children and presently, eight Grandchildren.
