Global Giving’s International Women’s Week Project Appeal March 8 – 12, 2021

  • Start: March 8, 2021 12:00 am
  • End: March 12, 2021 11:00 pm

This International Women’s Day, on March 8, 2021, we’re looking back at a year like no other. Over the course of 2020, deep-seated gender inequalities exacerbated the consequences of the pandemic for women around the world. For ASA Women USA’s Healthcare Access to Indigent Women in Nigeria project, the pandemic meant the indigent cancer & maternal health women lacked access to quality health services, insurance coverage for routine and catastrophic health costs in a country with under-resourced healthcare system. Gender stereotypes also limited their ability to access healthcare services.

During the week of March 8 – 12, 2021, we’re inviting you to stand with our project on Healthcare Access to Indigent Women in Nigeria for Global Giving’s International Women’s Week. From Monday until Friday, online donations up to $50 will be matched at 50%!* Most Unique donors: Bronze: $250; Silver: $500; Gold: $1000, Platinum: $3,000; Corporate: $5,000 and above
